Seeding (Fall)

Over Seeding/ Slit Seeding

The purpose of this option is to thicken up the existing lawn by introducing newer, disease resistant varieties and sun/shade appropriate grasses to the turf. This is accomplished by slit seeding the lawn area in 2 different directions for complete coverage, back dragging to incorporate the seed into the soil and then rolled to provide a firm seed bed for optimal seed germination.

Spot Seeding

The purpose of this option is to seed small bare patches in the lawn. This is accomplished by breaking up the soil by either a hand tool or a machine. Seed is spread and worked into the soil. Finally, the area is firmed down.
